Ricoh UK is giving apprentices skills for life with new programme intake

Ricoh UK has today announced the launch of their 2024 Digital and Tech Solutions Degree Apprenticeship Programme, teaching apprentices digital skills for life. 

Commencing in September 2024, the comprehensive 3-year programme will be run by the multi-award-winning training provider Corndel and will focus on core technology, digital and data analytical skills. This will be the second cohort of the programme with a group of six apprentices already in place and gaining valuable experience across different areas of the business including professional services, digital services and pre-sales.

Ricoh, who has built an ethos of helping individuals achieve fulfilment through work, has designed apprenticeships to equip graduates with the right tools and professional skills to grow and develop multidimensional digital solutions. The degree programme also incorporates essential business management skills, giving apprentices a bank of transferrable skills for life.

The programme includes: 

• A blend of workshops, lectures and online learning focusing on leadership and digital skills, offering bite-sized, interactive learning content. 
• Regular one-to-one coaching, mentoring and guidance from world-class professional development experts.
• Programmes tailored for all levels, including those without previous digital qualifications.
• Practical, hands-on, and applied learning, that is intuitive to the job role.
• Community events and networking opportunities.

Apprentices are not required to have any previous digital qualifications. Prior learning, qualifications, and experiences are all taken into consideration to develop a personalised learning plan, specifically tailored for individuals at every stage of development.
