Ricoh UK announces new partnership with the Charities Buying Group to provide a new framework contract for multifunctional devices

Ricoh UK has today announced a new partnership with the Charities Buying Group to provide a framework contract for multifunctional devices (MFDs).

The Charities Buying Group helps not-for-profit organisations and charities to reduce their expenditure on overheads such as utilities, telecoms, insurance, printing and IT solutions by offering a wide range of buying agreements. Ricoh UK has been appointed as one of the seven providers of MFDs and digital transformation solutions available on the framework contract.

Through this partnership, third-sector organisations will have access to premium products and services from trusted suppliers, which have been carefully chosen based on their value and professionalism. Using the framework will also reduce their reliance on procurement departments.

Keith Stevenson, National Accounts Director (Government) at Ricoh UK, comments: “At a time when many charities and non-profit organisations are stretched for valuable resources, the work of The Charities Buying Group is crucial. Making the purchasing process simpler, faster, and more efficient is vital for these organisations to be able to focus on the missions they were created for and benefiting the communities they operate in.”

He added: “I am delighted that we have been selected for the new framework. This partnership reinforces our ESG commitments and values that we, as a global organisation, have lived by for the past 88 years. We look forward to supporting the third sector with our solutions and advice.”
