CUSTOMER STORY

Further and higher education college helps staff and students to thrive through the production of high-quality, print based learning materials.

The print room is more adaptable, productive and efficient than ever before.

The print room has innovated to become far more accessible and sustainable. Users can now access its services remotely and place print orders. As a result, the college has reduced the number of desktop printers across its campuses from 400 to 50, which have also switched to using recycled media, where possible. A new print credit system makes it easy for all users to access a printer.

"My account manager is at the end of the phone, and he'll put me in touch with whoever I need to be in touch with. And that's one of the good things about Ricoh is they cover quite a wide breadth of knowledge and you've got access to best practice."

Ian Barber, print room manager, Birmingham Metropolitan College
